My passion for training began at a very young age, when I aspired to a career as a hockey player. A certification in personal training (Ataraxia) led to my first experiences in private coaching at Énergie Cardio, where I specialized in strength training and plyometrics.
It wasn’t until 2012 that I competed in my first cycling races. That marked the beginning of a remarkable adventure of more than 10 years in the peloton, taking me to all corners of the world.
Twelve-time Quebec champion, two seasons on the world circuit, and two appearances at the Road World Championships later, it was time to move on to something new: sharing my knowledge.
In 2022, I founded La Ride des Femmes with the mission of helping women become better cyclists in a motivating, accessible, and inclusive environment. I aim to share my passion and inspire in women a strong sense of belonging in cycling.
Through the first virtual training sessions I hosted live, I rediscovered my love for coaching—helping and guiding others. Seeing women push beyond their limits and literally transform through their cycling practice and my coaching is what fulfills me most. This led me to complete my Intro-Competition level cycling coach certification.
Today, I combine my training expertise with my years of experience as a high-performance athlete, both indoors and on the road, to offer you comprehensive and personalized coaching tailored to your needs.

Skills Clinic for your group/business
A cycling skills clinic involves practicing exercises on a safe terrain to develop basic cycling skills and improve bike handling.
