What to expect from the Bootcamp Replay package

Receive by email each week, for 3 weeks, the weekly training plan with goals for each session.

Access to the 6 indoor cycling classes in the VIDEOS section of the website (find it in the menu, make sure you are logged in to your account to play the videos.

Access to the 3 strength & mobility sessions in the VIDEOS section.

You will receive by email a link to download the 6 Zwift files. Follow the instructions on the Zwift page to learn how to import the workout in your Zwift account. Once imported, you will have lifetime access to the program through Zwift.

An interface EASY to follow!

The interface displays the duration of the current interval and the target intensity in the form of a perceived exertion scale from 1 to 10, as well as the target cadence. View the workout progress on the graph at the bottom of the screen.

Are these sessions for me?

The sessions are intended for women of all levels (beginners to advanced) wishing to improve their physical condition and become better cyclists in a non-competitive training group. Inclusive of all genders, everyone is welcome.

What do I need?

You will need :

  • a bicycle on an ordinary training base or a stationary bicycle (smart trainers NOT required)

  • a screen to follow the session live

What if I miss a session?

Replays will be available for $20 per session or $125 for unlimited access to all sessions for 6 months. A great way to help fund the program. More info here

Can I have access to the workout files to follow with Zwift ?

Yes! It is possible to purchase the training program in order to follow the sessions with Zwift and/or to repeat the sessions on your own, as often as you want.

You will be guided to import the sessions to Zwift.
